Showcasing a barracks full of extras, the DVD release is the first from the series to offer bonus material. This special 40th Anniversary Edition features commentary, a blooper reel, rare behind-the scenes footage and more. All 30 episodes of the show's Emmy® nominated sophomore season arrive digitally remastered in a five-disc boxed set.
Follow the wildly popular and endearing residents of Stalag 13 including Robert Crane as wily Air Force Col. Robert Hogan, Werner Klemperer as the camp's perpetually outfoxed Commandant Wilhem Klink and John Banner as the bumbling guard Sgt. Hans Schultz. The stellar ensemble also features Richard Dawson as wisecracking Cpl. Peter Newkirk, Ivan Dixon as communications specialist Sgt. James "Kinch" Kinchloe, Robert Clary as the suave Cpl. Louis LeBeau and Larry Hovis as Sgt. Andrew Carter, allied prisoners who join Hogan in tossing one monkey wrench after another into the Nazi war effort.

The DVD release of HOGAN'S HEROES: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON is presented in full screen format and features Dolby Digital sound. The DVDs are closed-captioned for the hearing-impaired and is not rated in the U.S. and is rated G in Canada. The run time of the episodes included on the DVD is 12 hours, 42 minutes. The release is available for the SRP of $39.99 in the U.S. and C$49.99 Canada.
