As an experienced wildlife photographer and herpetologist, Austin Stevens ventures beyond his usual encounters when he goes in search of the world's deadliest reptiles. In Austin Stevens Snakemaster: In Search of the Giant Lizard, Monster Rattler and More!, Stevens wades through swamps and into deep caves teeming with bats, scorpions and spiders; he zooms along dusty trails in Australia's outback on a dirt bike and he braves perilous white-water rapids and waterfalls. Armed with only a camera, his trusty snake stick and a lifetime of know-how, Stevens must survive on his wits in some of the most extreme environments, facing everything the landscape throws at him.
